解決：升級之前把所有的sqlplus關掉，不然報錯。

解決方法

按照提示查看日志，發現以下目錄oracle用戶無權限，修改對應目錄權限，確保兩節點該目錄均有權限。

[root@db1 grid]# ls -ldcfgtoollogs/

drwx------ 7 grid oinstall 4096 Sep 2415:08 cfgtoollogs/

[root@db1 grid]# chmod 775cfgtoollogs

[root@db1 grid]#

[root@db1 grid]# ls -ldcfgtoollogs/
